1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and subscription services provided by Acqua Vida Pte. Ltd. (“Acqua Vida”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Services
Acqua Vida sells and provides subscription-based access to water dispensers and related products to both residential and commercial customers in Singapore. All product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only.
3. Subscription Services
We offer subscription plans for water dispensers which may include:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Filter replacement services
3.1 Subscription Period & Fees
- Subscription periods are available in 12-month.
- Fees are billed annually in advance via [accepted payment methods].
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing GST.
3.2 Payment
- Payments are due annually on the billing date indicated in your subscription confirmation.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of service and retrieval of rented equipment.
3.3 Equipment Ownership
- All dispensers provided under subscription remain the property of Acqua Vida unless explicitly purchased.
- You are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented equipment.
3.4 Cancellation and Early Termination
- Subscribers may cancel their subscription with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum contract period.
- Early termination of the annual subscription will not be eligible for any refund, and the full subscription amount remains payable regardless of usage or cancellation date.
3.5 Service Access and Maintenance
- We will provide filter changes and basic servicing every 12 months or as specified.
- You must provide reasonable access to our technicians during scheduled appointments.
4. Returns and Refunds (For Purchases Only)
- All purchases and subscription payments made to Acqua Vida are non-refundable. By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and accept that:
- No refunds will be provided for change of mind, early termination, or unused services.
- This applies to both product purchases and subscription plans (annual, or other terms).
5. Warranty
- All purchased water dispensers include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- For rented units, maintenance and repair are included under your active subscription.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Acqua Vida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Compliance with Singapore Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
- Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
- Consumers are protected under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, including the “lemon law” for defective goods.
8. Personal Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and promotional materials (text, graphics, logos, videos) are the intellectual property of Acqua Vida and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
